Randy, to put it simply, is “The Best!” His customer service is outstanding! He made sure I completely understood my new system and is “on call” for any problems I may have. (I have had none). It (my sound system) just keeps getting better! I found “Out of Africa” on blue-ray today. OH MY! The music is none like I have ever heard. Thank you Randy!
